I love it when someone gives me something I had never even thought to make as a food...the goat cheese mousse knocked my underwear off! The attention to detail was ridiculous, down to the blankets on all the girl chairs. The decor and tone was over the top yet somehow still inviting... fancy in a rustic sort of way that kept the mood warm, not stuffy. I loved the teamwork of your family. Most of all, your heart was in, above, below, around the whole evening and that was, quite simply, a gift.

“Dinner party,” however, doesn’t do justice to an event that begins with at least a solid hour of Joshua’s artisan cocktails and ends several hours later with candlelit conversation. Everything from music and decorations, to dishes and the handcrafted table itself, is taken care of by the Coates family.
